I’ve been working to improve health services for more than a decade
My diverse and global experience in healthcare spans more than 15 years and includes roles in Strategy and Planning, Management Consulting, Clinical Redesign, International Health and Nursing.
I’ve always been driven to create better healthcare
From the time I entered the workforce as a young Nursing Attendant, I’ve always cared about how healthcare services are delivered.
This passion led me from caring for patients as a Registered Nurse, to working alongside the Head of Nursing at the World Health Organization.
As a Consultant, I’ve helped Regulators, Governments, Health Networks, Hospitals and Community Services to plan and create better health services.

I have years of experience working as a Management Consultant. At a big four, I was recognised for my success and was awarded the firms ‘Purpose Leadership Award’ in 2015. I was also featured in the International Annual Review.

Having worked as a Registered Nurse, Hospital based Project Officer and Health Service Manager, I understand how health services operate. My frontline experience enables me to see how solutions can actually be applied in practice.

I bring project experience from across the spectrum of service delivery. I have worked on dozens of projects from clinical redesign for a hospital department through to a state-wide service review for a government agency.

International knowledge, insights and experience
I’ve worked in hospitals in different countries and have a Masters in International Health. I’m particularly interested in international service models and I love discovering and understanding new approaches, cultural practices and healthcare beliefs.

In addition to my Undergraduate (Nursing) and Masters Degree (International Public Health), I also have qualifications and certifications in:
Human-Centred Service Design (IDEO);
Health Planning and Evaluation (QUT);
Clinical Redesign (ACI); and
