I help cut through the noise and develop clear, concise, practical and actionable Strategic Plans to be used and updated over time.

This work creates focus, generates a shared understanding of where the service is headed and provides a realistic roadmap as a tool for leaders to create something better.

I help service leaders to develop and define sustainable and adaptable service delivery models that will evolve over time.

I use clinical redesign and human-centred service design to improve existing service models and enhance how care is delivered.

I also support clinical service planning for new services and help develop and define new models of care.

I gather, review and report on service information to identify improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.

I consult with stakeholders through workshops, focus groups, interviews and surveys to capture personal perceptions and experiences.

I also compile, review and report on findings in the literature and other sources to share best practice, innovations and global trends to guide service improvements.

A well presented document can be the difference to achieving your goals.

I produce professional, well-presented and persuasive documents to help service leaders gain endorsement and funding for service pursuits.

I compile information to help strengthen concepts and develop robust and effective business cases, funding applications, proposals and tender responses for new services.

    I support providers to improve their knowledge and understanding of the service environment and operating context to inform decision making. I provide valuable intel through desktop research and scans of the literature to identify service trends, innovations, guidelines and best practice.

    I review quantitative and qualitative data to provide meaningful interpretation and help providers review performance and trends. I review data findings for key performance indicators and help to define new outcome measures for tracking success.

    I compile feedback from stakeholders to identify new opportunities and help providers understand the experiences and perceptions of their service. I am skilled at survey design, leading focus groups and holding one-on-one interviews with people of all backgrounds and life experiences.

    I facilitate in person and virtual workshops to help providers gain feedback, collaborate and develop new ideas. I have facilitated workshops for a variety of purposes including brainstorming, problem solving, process mapping, concept development and feedback on proposed plans.
